Parents and students continue to rave about working with Jozsa:

“If you live in the Akron area and have a kid who is interested in creative pursuits, I highly recommend you check it out…Iliana has done two of Kyle's classes so far and it has done a lot for her self confidence, creativity, and general awesomeness.” – Andy Hopp, Illustrator

“Kyle is amazing with the kids.” – Tracey Thomas Shepard, Owner of the Akron Center for Art Music & Performance (ACAMP)

Actions speak louder than words!

Monologues - when a character speaks in an extended fashion to the audience - play an integral role in the realm of theatre. As a performer, monologues are a showcase of the actor's abilities and often an integral part of audition process.

Talk The Talk is a six-week class designed to help students prepare a monologue of their own choosing. Using both basic and intermediate theatre techniques, students will build their confidence as they work on presentation and delivery. The class will conclude with a student presentation of the developed monologues

Saturdays @ 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM (4/16 - 5/21)

*There will be a final presentation of the monologues on Saturday, May 21st*

Let’s Play:

(2.5 - 5 Years)

Classes held at the Akron Center For Art Music & Performance • 118 W. Market St. • Akron, OH 44303

Drop-in: $15/Individual Class

Tuition: $75

Theatre is play.

Children constantly use their imaginations to create something out of nothing. Their lives are ones of theatricality and experimentation, discovering their world and themselves through play.

Let’s Play! uses theatrical concepts (such as: movement, voice, imagination, costumes, props) to facilitate physical, social & emotional development in your young performer. Designed for children ages 2.5 - 5, the class incorporates songs, stories and activities that use imaginative play as a foundation for learning. This is NOT a performance-based class.

Saturdays @ 11:15 AM - 12:00 PM (4/16 - 5/21)
