[NEohioPAL] Solos and Duets now accepted for Kpop cover dance competition

Hi folks,

Update on the 2016 Cleveland Asian Festival Kpop Cover Dance Competition.
Solos and duets are now accepted!

Final round will be on May 21st only (we nixed the original choreo part on
May 22, because, you know :) it's a "cover dance" competition!)
