[NEohioPAL] Wireless headset mic to borrow or rent

I am looking to rent or borrow one wireless headset mic(or lapel mic) that
will be used on Friday, April 22, 2016 and Saturday, April 23 for a one
hour show each night.

Any help out there?  Any suggestions for rentals?

Prefer user friendly and reliable.  Will be used for lines of dialogue not
for singing.
