*Show Description*:
Nominated for the 2013 Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Play, Falling takes
an unflinching look at how a family affected by autism lives, suffers and
loves. The Martin’s desperately try to navigate their wants, needs and
dreams while providing unceasing care for the 18-year-old son and brother.
The fragile balance they struggle to maintain daily is upheaved when
grandma pays a visit. Tender, moving and bold, Falling asks audiences, “How
do you love when it demands absolutely everything?”
