TheRED Dance Center will be offering Adult Ballet and Modern Dance Technique Classes this summer! These classes are perfect for adults ages 30+ who are looking to get back into the dance studio and resume their favorite recreational past time of studying the art of dance! 




*Adult Beg/Int Ballet Technique*




June


Tues. 14th 6:00pm-7:15pm


Tues. 21st 6:00pm-7:15pm


Tues. 28th 6:00pm-7:15pm


 


July 


Tues. 19th 6:00pm-7:15pm


Fri. 22nd 11:00am-12:15pm


Tues. 26th 6:00pm-7:15pm


 


August


Tues. 2nd 6:00pm7:15pm


Weds. 10th 10:30am-11:45am


Weds. 17th 10:30am-11:45am


 


Classes are $20 each and focus on proper alignment, body mechanics, and making ballet movement work for “the individual’s” body,  and focus on the artistry of movement! The Adult Ballet class is challenging yet fun! Class includes full barre and select center ballet combinations.




*Adult Intermediate Modern Technique*

 

June 8th-July 20th

Wednesdays 10:15-11:15am




Classes are $20 each and focus on proper alignment, body mechanics, and artistry of movement! This is a great Adult Modern class that explore full range of dynamics, energy textures, and body mechanics. Class includes floorwork, center, and combinations across floor.
