Ballet Theatre of Ohio, under the artistic direction of Christine Meneer,
is holding open auditions Sunday, August 21 and Sunday, August 28 for its
holiday classic *Nutcracker*. Open to all children grades 2-8 and 8 years
or older.  Recommended 3+ years ballet training.

Ballet Theatre of Ohio's *Nutcracker* is voted the #1 Holiday Show in Akron
by Akron Beacon Journal readers! Performed at the majestic Akron Civic
Theatre, it has been a treasured holiday tradition and a delight to
children of all ages for 23 years!
