[NEohioPAL] Auditions for Two Into One by Ray Cooney- Canal Fulton Players

We are still in the progress of scheduling the 2017 season.  However, I am going to announce March's play.  We will be doing Ray Cooney's raucous comedy Two Into One on March 3-5, 10-11 at the SALT Box Ministries.  The play deals with a scheming member of English Parliament who is trying to set up a dalliance between the Prime Minister of England and a young woman at a far away hotel.  However, instead of doing it himself, he decides to allow one of his young aides to make all of the arrangements.  Unfortunately, the aide botches everything with very comic results.  In the tradition of Run for Your Wife and Caught in the Net, this play will have the audience rolling in the aisles.  There are ten parts- 5 female and 5 male.  The roles are:

Richard Willey- a prominent member of Parliament

Pamela Willey- an impetuous woman

The receptionist- described as very efficient

The hotel manager- described as brusque and in his fifties

The waiter- an oily type of fellow

Lilly Chatterton- another prominent member of Parliament who is a crusader against pornography

George Pidgen- a put upon man who is cheerful

Maria- the Spanish chambermaid

Jennifer Bristow- a young twenty year old woman

Edward- a young man in his twenties

The director is Charles Hayward.  The producer is David Van Gaasbeek.  Auditions are on January 4-5 at 7:00 pm at Community Connections.  Please be ready to read from the script.  For further information, call me at 330-494-1022 or 330-854-4387.
