It opens with Bert, a jack-of-all trades, introducing the audience to
England in 1910 and the troubled Banks family. Young Jane and Michael have
sent many a nanny packing before Mary Poppins arrives on their doorstep.
Using a combination of magic and common sense, she must teach the family
how to value each other again. Mary Poppins takes the children on many
magical and memorable adventures. However, the children aren’t the only
ones she has a profound effect upon. Even Mr. and Mrs. Banks learn a lesson
or two from the nanny who advises that “Anything can happen if you let it.”

Bringing this irresistible story to life is a production team that includes
director Claudia Lillibridge, of Twinsburg, musical director Ron Jones, of
Stow, assistant musical director Bridget Jankowski, of Cuyahoga Falls, and
choreographer Connie Fleming, of Stow. All were also involved with *1776*
that played to sell-out crowds last year for Hudson Players.

The unforgettable songs include “Feed the Birds,” (Walt Disney’s all-time
favorite song), “Spoonful of Sugar,” “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious>," “Step
in Time,” “Let’s Go Fly a Kite,” “Chim Chim Cher-ee” and several
outstanding new songs including ”Being Mrs. Banks” and “Practically
Perfect.”

The cast features more than 30 local actors, including Ellie Kelly, of
Mayfield Heights, as Mary Poppins, Bradley Hills, of Kent, as Bert, Mark
Moore, of Seven Hill as Mr. Banks, and Jessica DeFrange, of Streetsboro, as
Mrs. Banks. The precocious Banks children are played by Tenley Stitzer, of
Hudson, and Matthew Radicelli, of Twinsburg.

Other cast members include Marissa Durbin, Dana, Genevieve and Simone
Herro, Jennifer and Skye Kubinski, Benjamin, Nathan and Kathryn Mudrak,
Nathan Hill, Bella Fothergill, Aiden Hills, Christina Worcester, Glen
Johnston, Jack Dotson, Jen Matas, John Webb, Kathy Steiner, Mike Guffey,
Michael Turle, Michele Palumbo, Norene Jones, Pamela Lappin, Samantha Mook,
Gary Maher.

Co-producers include Gary Maher, Trish Davis, and Mark Durbin.

The eye-catching sets are designed by Chris Dolciato, of Hudson, and
