Broadview Heights Spotlights Theater presents Sci-fi Musical “Weird Romance” Closing weekend for the Broadview HeightsSpotlights' Annual Coffeehouse Productionof Weird Romance is this Friday and Saturday, February 24 & 25 (7:30pm). The show features two one-act sciencefiction musicals by Alan Menken.  The first musical, The Girl Who Was Plugged In, isabout a homeless bag-lady whose soul is transplanted into the body of agorgeous female android by a company which manufactures celebrities.  Thesecond, Her Pilgrim Soul, is about ascientist who researches holographic imaging. One day a mysterious"living" holograph appears and changes his life forever.

The Spotlights’ Coffeehouse Show includes a complimentary beverage bar(non-alcoholic), sponsored by Caruso’s Coffee, before the show and during anextended intermission, when luscious desserts provide by Michael Angelo’sBakery and Eddie’s Creekside are available for purchase. 

All shows are at the Broadview HeightsCultural Arts Building, 9543 Broadview Road in Broadview Heights (next to thepolice station).
