The story follows Chris, a 28 year-old actor, in his most difficult role yet - that of a love-struck secret admirer. Braden, the object of Chris’s hidden affection, torments Chris with mixed signals about his sexuality. Needing a new kind of “director,” Chris consults friends Penny and Linda to plot out how he should handle his crush. Due to Chris’s inability to actually approach Braden to simply ask him out - & with many unanswered questions - Chris spirals out of control. Finally, Chris hits a turning point in his quest & confronts Braden. What happens next is not what you would expect. With an hilarious cast of characters, Caught Up in a Moment explores just how far some will go to find success, love and themselves.
