[NEohioPAL] Show Choir Assistant Director Position Available

*Brush “Soundsation” Show Choir has an open Assistant Director position
available for the upcoming 2017-2018 season. We are looking for someone who
truly loves and understands the art of show choir, and desires to be
involved in all aspects of a group. This is a part-time stipend position.*


















*Duties Include:· Attending bi-weekly evening rehearsals and assisting with
all aspects including:o Leading Vocal Rehearsals and Sectionals.o Cleaning
Choreography and Staging.· Participating in weekly Director planning
meetings.· Attending all special rehearsals, (i.e. Tech Weeks, Monthly
Saturday rehearsal, etc)· Chaperoning group events.· Fulfilling specific
administrative duties.*
































*Required Qualifications:· Experience with a Show Choir. This can be as a
Director, Choreographer, Dance Captain or member.· Proficient Musician.
Able to read music.· Extensive knowledge on Show Choir Vocals and
Choreography.· Strong organizational skills.· Reliable
Transportation.Preferred Qualifications.· Piano playing ability.·
Experience directing a choral group.· Multiple years of show choir
experience.· Experience with the Hip Hop style of dance.· Proficient with
all Microsoft Office programs.This will be an interactive interview process
