ESSENTIAL OILS FOR BEGINNERS

Essentials Oils have been used to assist healing and enlightenment for
years. Come and explore as we learn about a different essential oils each
yoga class with yoga poses to go along with the healing focus. (We will not
be diffusing oils in the class room.)  

No previous experience is necessary to give yourself this gift. You can jump
in anytime and do not have to commit to the whole series.  

 

Optional: you can order the 7 oils we will be using the first week for $61
