*Synopsis:* Michael Walters and Craig Heineker, two down-on-their-luck
screenwriters, become the primary target of a nefarious drug lord after
their mutual friend, Goose, falls into serious debt with his boss (the
kingpin himself). Constantly evading death while simultaneously trying to
sell their script, Michael and Craig's journey takes many sharp twists and
turns along the way.

*Characters Needed (No specific ethnicity or experience level required. Age
ranges very flexible.)*

*Lead/Supporting Roles...*

*Craig Heineker:* Early to mid twenties. Dorky, high-strung,
overly-cautious. Best friend and business partner of Michael Walters.
*Erwin (Goose) Gussmeyer:* Early to mid twenties, slender build. Severe
pothead, lovable comic relief, relaxed and positive even in the face of
death.
*Ellie Davison:* Early to late twenties. Snide, condescending,
contemptuous. Unsupportive girlfriend of Michael Walters.
*Jen Heineker: *Mid to late twenties. Soft spoken, kind-hearted, amicable.
Pregnant wife of Craig Heineker.
*Trey Thomas:* Early to late twenties, muscular build. Arrogant,
narcissistic, overly-confident. Professional rival of Michael and Craig,
hotshot studio executive with a weight lifting hobby.
*Charlie O'Neill:* Early twenties to mid thirties. Hotheaded, loud, rude.
Psychopathic, bloodthirsty hitman working for the drug lord.
*Jerod Fritzky:* Early twenties to late thirties. Quiet, brooding, tough on
the surface but good at heart. Charlie O'Neill's partner in crime; also a
hitman working for the drug lord.
*Thane Moinahan:* Early twenties to late thirties. Preferably tall and
slim. Confident, organized, professional, sarcastic. Another of the drug
lord's hitmen, partner of Kristoph Kleiner.
*Kristoph Kliener:* Early twenties to late thirties. Preferably short and
husky. A mute - his "lines" consist of comical body language and facial
expressions because he doesn't speak any English. Yet another one of the
drug lord's hitmen, partner of Thane Moinahan.
*Winslow Walters:* Late forties to early sixties. Sleazy, angry, overall a
huge jackass. Runaway father of Michael Walters.
*Spencer Wade:* Early forties to mid sixties. The mysterious,
ultra-powerful drug kingpin; calm, collected, and chilling to the bone.

*Smaller Supporting Roles...*

*Winslow's Mistress:* Early forties to early seventies. Nasty, skanky, ten
times sleazier than Winslow. A woman with whom Winslow is depicted to have
sexual relations.
*Gun Store Owner:* Late sixties to mid eighties. Old, senile geezer. Owns
and independently operates a gun store.
*Candace:* Early to late twenties. Attractive and physically fit, but
painfully ditzy. Gets hit on by Trey Thomas' son while working out at the
gym.
