April 20, 21, & 22 at 7:00 pm

$10 for adults, 
$5 for students, senior citizens and other Thespians.
Children under 5 not admitted.

All tickets are general admission. 
There are reserved priority front and second row seats for an additional cost:
$5 additional for front row, $3 additional for second row.
Box Office opens ½ hour before performance.

Dinner Theatre on Saturday, April 22 at 5:00 pm is pre-sale only.

“Bring a Can to Move a Can:” bring a non perishable food item on show night for the Amherst Food Bank and receive a raffle ticket for two front row seats that night.

The Salvation Army Lorain Corps will be in the lobby before the show and during Intermission. As a central figure in the play, where they are referred to as the “Save a Soul” Mission, this Christian based outreach organization helps 25 million Americans (without discrimination) with their mission of “Doing the Most Good.” They will be collecting donations and passing out information about their many programs and services to help the needy and poor in the area. 

The award winning high school theatre program, known as The MLS Theatre Company, is strictly student run, with students ages 14-18  handling all aspects of a production from acting, house, publicity, programs to all technical aspects (set construction, costumes, lighting, sound, props, etc) as well as designing the sets, costumes and lights. Each year, three shows are put on for the public. This year's season included Seven Keys to Baldpate in the fall, student directed Winter One Acts 2017 and the spring musical Guys and Dolls! This year’s musical is competing in the Playhouse Square Dazzle Awards program. With the aim of inspiring performance and recognizing the importance of musical theater and arts education in Northeast Ohio high schools, the program is affiliated with the National High School Musical Theatre Awards (“The Jimmy Awards”) presented by The Broadway League Foundation.

Guys and Dolls, a musical fable of Broadway based on a story and the lovable characters by Damon Runyon. The music and lyrics are by Frank Loesser and the book is by Jo Swerling and Abe Burrows. The musical is being produced with special arrangement by Music Theatre International. Set in Damon Runyon's depression-era New York City, Guys and Dolls is an oddball romantic comedy about a couple of big-city gamblers and the women they love. Released in 1950 and revered by many as the perfect musical comedy, GUYS AND DOLLS tells the overlapping story of high-roller Sky Masterson, who falls for the straight-laced missionary Sarah Brown and the lovable rapscallion Nathan Detroit, engaged for 14 years to showgirl Miss Adelaide.
