[NEohioPAL] The LITTLE MERMAID auditions

*****DYNAMICS COMMUNITY THEATER of TALLMADGE*****
Dynamics Community Theater of Tallmadge will hold open auditions for Disney's The Little Mermaid, with music by Academy Award winner Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman & Glenn Slater, book by Doug Wright, based on the Hans Christian Andersen story and Disney film produced by Howard Ashman & John Musker, written & directed by John Musker & Ron Clements. Originally produced by Disney Theatrical Productions. Auditions will be held on May 22-23 from 6:30-8:30pm in the Black Box Theater at Tallmadge High School (140 North Monroe Rd). Callbacks, if needed, will be held May 24. Please bring a picture (it will not be returned), prepare 16 bars to sing A Capella, and be prepared to read from a script provided that evening.  Large flexible casting, with a featured ensemble. Those wishing to audition for leads are encouraged to sing something in the style and range of that character.  The show will be directed by Matt Beresh, with musical direction by Carolyn Bagley.  Performances are the evenings of July 21, 22, and 28, 29. Rehearsals begin Tuesday, May 30.
