The Wake Up And Live word for today is . . . . .SMILE! Smile at yourself and someone elHow are you going to "Wake Up and Live," today?
Running low on energy? Juggling the demands of jobs, family & finances? Do you wish you could Renew, Re-energize and Revitalize?
Awww! Come on. Forget about being an adult. Just for a few minutes each day. You can do it. 
1. Don't read the newspaper, except for the comics. 
2. Turn off your cell phone. Let your calls got voicemail. 
3. Don't open your emails. 
4. Change the TV news to a cartoon channel. 
5. Leave your Laptop, Ipod, Ipad, & whatever else, at home .You say, you can't "live without' this technology? Remember, just a few short years ago, you lived and breathed every day without this technology. It hadn't been invented, yet.
What if there were a total power failure?This has been your "Wake Up and Live" minute.
SMILE! Remember, you have to work hard at feeling good.Whatever you do to put Smiles into your daily life, do it with God / your Higher Power.
