Meet Choreographer, Tommie-Waheed Evans

Ballet UpClose on June 30, 2017 at Verb Ballets' Studio in Shaker Heights



Join Verb Ballets for an in-studio performance on Friday, June 30, 2017 at 7:00pm. The Ballet UpClose series provides an intimate experience and brings an educational perspective into the artistry and work that goes into producing dance on the stage. The evening will feature the dancers of Verb Ballets showcasing the new work of Tommie-Waheed Evans to debut this summer. Evans returns to Verb Ballets after recently finishing a Choreographic Fellowship for Ballet X and being selected as an emerging leader by Dance/USA. Stay afterwards for a meet and greet reception with choreographer, Tommie-Waheed Evans and the Verb dancers.



Ballet UpClose is on Friday, June 30, 2017 at 7:00pm at the Verb Ballets studio located at 3445 Warrensville Center Rd. Shaker Hts, OH 44122. Doors open at 6:30pm and the evening will end at 9:00pm.
