LCCC’s Stocker Arts Center Welcomes “Guys with Guitars”

Lorain County Community College’s Stocker Arts Center will present “Guys with Guitars,” featuring Doug Wood, Darren Frate and Patrick Woods, as part of the revamped Studio Sessions series at 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, August 25 and 26, in the Cirigliano Studio Theatre. The Studio Sessions series was previously called the Studio Theatre Cabaret series and this season includes a focus on professional musicians from the region. It is still being held in the intimate Cirigliano Studio Theatre.

“Guys with Guitars” includes three regionally accomplished solo musicians. Their show features a mix of each musician performing solo pieces, along with collaborations of original and recognizable cover tunes from artists like Simon and Garfunkel, the Beatles, and several more.

Hours are Monday through Friday from noon to 6 p.m. The box office is also open 90 minutes before ticketed events (60 minutes before Student Matinees).
