Beck Center for the Arts Youth Theater, one of the oldest continuously running Youth Theaters in the country, will be holding auditions on September 16 & 17, 2017 for the first production of our 69th Anniversary Season:

SNOW WHITE’S ADVENTURES
Written and Directed by Russel Stich

The Story:

When the vain Queen and her two sisters imprison every maiden in the village and place them under the care of the cursed Beatrice and Bianca, Snow White's Adventures are only beginning. A pair of lumberjacks, the royal wizard, a less-than-heroic-prince, a wise cracking mirror and seven unique individuals all cross paths with Snow White. Will she survive long enough to rescue the girls? Come join us for this exciting reimagining of the beloved children’s fairy tale and find out!

Audition/Callback dates: (open to Beck Center students ages 6 to 19*)

*Please note: Youth Theater roles are only eligible to students who will be enrolled in our Fall 2017 semester. Actors do not need to be enrolled at the time of the auditions, however, participation in the actual production does require Beck Center enrollment in our Fall 2017 semester. Students do not need to be specifically enrolled in a Theater class at Beck Center to qualify. Students enrolled in a Fall 2017 semester class in Beck Center’s Dance, Music and Visual Arts Departments are equally eligible.

Bottom line: if you are accepting a role in the show, you will need to enroll prior to the start of rehearsals. Any questions, please feel free to contact Jonathan Kronenberger, Associate Director of Theater Education, at jkronenberger at beckcenter.org<mailto:jkronenberger at beckcenter.org>.

Our Fall 2017 catalog is available online at https://www.flipsnack.com/BeckCenter/2017-fall-1.html
