[NEohioPAL] CMT Seeking Musical Director for “Jane Eyre” Developmental Lab

Cleveland Musical Theatre is currently seeking a Musical Director for its upcoming developmental lab of “Jane Eyre, the musical.” This lab is being done to help workshop major changes to the piece. Composer Paul Gordon (Tony-nominee) and Musical Supervisor Brad Haak will be in residence for a portion of the lab. Please note: this is a CLOSED lab - there is no performance attached. It is strictly a work session. 

DATES: October 7-14. Hours on 10/7-10/8 are variable. 10/9-10/14 will be 5-10pm. MD must have full availability during these times. 

LOCATION: TBD (in the process of vetting a few spaces)

REQUIREMENTS: All applicants should have extensive experience as a theatrical MD/accompanist. Must be comfortable teaching vocals quickly (the entire show will need to be taught to the cast of 10 over a 2 day period). 

COMPENSATION: This is a paid position. Financial details will be discussed with applicants.
