Your private space is one bedroom (12' x 10") with attached, private 3 
season porch (8' x 6'). The bedroom is on the second floor accessed by 2 
sets of stairs. The bathroom, stairs, living room, dining room and 
well-appointed kitchen are shared space as is the front porch. You will 
also share the private, gated yard featuring fire pit, outdoor dining 
table and large barn-shaped garage which is used for meetings.

Smoke-free home/garage. Western Lakewood street between Clifton and 
Detroit, so convenient for #26 and #55 bus.

Street parking. All common areas may be used by all occupants.

Your private room is not furnished and will be completely empty so it 
can also be used as an office. Garage can be used for classes you may 
offer!

You'll be sharing with the owner, another housemate and a wonderful, 
well-behaved dog.

The common areas of the home and garage are currently used for classes 
and workshops focused on holistic lifestyles. As a renter, you are not 
obligated to participate in any of these activities but are certainly 
welcome to do so!

First month's rent and $400 security required.  Will consider short-term 
rental or long term lease.
