*Callbacks:* Mon. Feb. 26th 7-10 pm Callbacks

*Where:* 115 E. Pioneer Trail, Aurora, OH 44202

*What to Prepare:* Please bring a resume, headshot and 16-32 measures of 2
contrasting songs. A Ballad and a Soft or Country Rock song not from the
show, prepare your sheet music for an, accompanist. No acapella or taped
music. If invited to callbacks, scene work, and further music will be given.

*Rehearsals:* Will begin Mon. April 30th

*Performances:* June 29th - July 14th Fri. & Sat. Evenings 8 pm and Sun.
Matinee 3 pm July 8th

*Character Description: *

*Diana:* Female, 35-45, Vocal range: G3 – F#5, belt. Ethnicity: All
Ethnicities Attractive, quick-witted, and delusional bipolar depressive.
She’s trying to hold it all together. Strong-willed and determined despite
her depression.

*Dan:* Male 40-49, Vocal range: Ab2 – B4. Ethnicity: All
Ethnicities.  Diana’s husband. Patient, kind, but exhausted from issues
within his family. Underneath it all there’s a sense that he’s
passive-aggressive despite his humble surface.

*Gabe:* Male, 15-29, To play 18. Vocal range: B2 – C5, rock sound.
Ethnicity: All Ethnicities.  Diana’s son. Charming, fun, carefree, and
everything a mother could want. Has a touch of darkness and manipulation to
him.

*Natalie:* Female, 15-29, To play 16.  Vocal range: G3 – G5, belt.
Ethnicity: All Ethnicities.  Diana’s daughter. An over-achiever craving
attention and getting none. Trying too hard to be perfect. Moody,
sarcastic, and frustrated.

*Henry:* Male, 15-29, To play 17. Vocal range: G#2 – B4. Ethnicity: All
Ethnicities Natalie’s love interest. Romantic, a stoner, lazy, but loveable
with a bit of a philosopher to him. Supportive; probably the wisest and
most grounded character in the show.

*Dr. Madden / Dr. Fine:* played by the same actor, 30-59, Vocal range: A2 –
A4, should have a rock sound. Ethnicity: All Ethnicities.  Dr. Fine is
Diana’s psychopharmacologist; practical to the point of being cold. Dr.
Madden is Diana’s psychiatrist; a “rock star”, savior, and confident.
