Under the guidance of the Production Managers, the Theater Supervisor will be responsible for, but not limited to: performing multiple tasks as described in the LCCC Theater Supervisor Job Description including assisting with the operation and maintenance of College performance facilities, mechanical systems and equipment; assisting with the training and supervision of stage assistants, Theater Assistants and Theater Technicians; and assisting with managing, supervising and performing the operations of the Stocker Arts Center by implementing College and community events.

Required Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent experience; ability to work effectively with others in a team environment; ability to fulfill a proactive customer service philosophy; and ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule which may include early mornings, evenings and weekends. Must be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting (70+ pounds)

Preferred Qualifications:  Three years in a supervisory capacity in a theatrical setting.

Minimum Hourly Rate:  $15.60
