Audition Notice for All-City Musical
JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR

AUDITIONS - FEB. 26 & 27, 2018 - 6:30pm - 10:00PM


AKRON, Ohio (December 4, 2017) - Auditions for the All-City Musical, JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR,  will be at the Akron Civic on Monday, February 26, 2018 and Tuesday, February 27, 2018 from 6:30 PM - 10:00 PM. Call backs will be on Thursday, March 1, 2018 from 7:00 - 10:00 PM.

Jesus Christ Superstar is a rock opera based on the last week of Jesus' life. Music by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Lyrics by Tim Rice.

This year's musical will be directed by Connor Bogart O'Brien, musical director, Sharon Dobbins Alberson and choreographer, Brian Murphy.

All performers should prepare a Broadway-style song of at least 32 bars. A movement audition will be held as part of callbacks. Each person auditioning should be prepared to complete a list of all potential schedule conflicts.

Auditions are open to current students, grades 9 - 12, who attend public and private high schools and age appropriate home schooled students in the surrounding area.

A wide array of roles for females and males.

Performances will take place at the Akron Civic Theatre on June 15 & 16, 2018.
