[NEohioPAL] Male Role Auditions for Driving Miss Daisy

Gilda Shedstecker Presents! teams with Coming Together Stark County to
present the Broadway and film classic Driving Miss Daisy. Director is Linda
Alexander-Radak. Auditions for the roles of Hoke and Boolie will be held
February 25 at 2 PM and February 27 at 7 PM at Avenue Arts Marketplace and
Theatre, 324 Cleveland Avenue NW, Canton OH, 44702.

Kitty Deames Burgett is cast as southern Jewish matriarch Daisy Werthan.
Hoke is the iconic role of the chauffeur hired to escort Miss Werthan in
her senior years who transforms her worldview. Boolie is Daisy's son. The
action of the play takes place over a 30 year span.  Actors will read from
the script with Kitty Burgett.

Show dates are April 13, 14, 20, 21 2018 at 7:00 PM. Each performance will
include a Q&A by Coming Together Stark County discussing cultural changes
over the 3 decades since the play was a hit on Broadway.
