[NEohioPAL] Note-oriety Showchoir Wants You for its Golden Anniversary!!!

Whether you were a part of the "Mother Singers," the "Selrec Singers" or
"Note-oriety Showchoir"....or if you are an adult who just loves to sing
and wants the opportunity to perform, we want you!!!

Noteoriety Showchoir, under the direction of R. Scott Posey, is celebrating
its 50th year with a special extravaganza!  We are looking for men and
women who love to sing and want to join our 30+ members from all around
northeastern Ohio. We meet in Solon on Tuesday evenings from 7pm-9pm with
additional rehearsals added as we get closer to our big celebration on June
14, 15 and 16.

We have performed at a multitude of venues including Playhouse Square, the
Hard Rock Rocksino (with Foreigner), Solon High School, Brush High School,
and at a myriad of senior centers, elderly care facilities, luncheons, and
dinners.

Our repertoire includes Broadway show tunes, pop songs, and a mix of fan
favorites. This year, celebrating 50 years of life through song, our
performances will include "Aquarius", "Beautiful Day," "Bridge Over
Troubled Waters," "Circle of Life," and that's just the A-B-C's of it....!
Our June show includes an orchestra, choreography, set design, costume
changes, and a full script.

If you are interested in being a part of the group, please plan to join us
for a rehearsal on January 23rd or 30th at Orchard Middle School in Solon.
The school is on the eastside of SOM Center Road and sits on "Craemer Rd."
just south of Solon High School. We practice in the band room at Orchard
Middle School.

We welcome all those interested in joining us and offer a special welcome
home to ALL of our Alumni this year -- we would love to have you return to
help us celebrate our milestone anniversary!!!
