The Short. Sweet. Film Fest. strives to showcase the best local, national,
and international films from up-and-coming filmmakers. What better way to
watch independent cinema then in the stunning and brand-new Alex Theater
<http://alextheatercleveland.com/> at the Metropolitan at the 9
<http://www.metropolitancleveland.com/> while enjoying a cool beer or
cocktail with some gourmet food?

Did we mention there will also be live music throughout the film festival?

*Friday, March 2 - Local Filmmaker's Night*, doors open at 6:00pm and films
will run from 7-10:00pm, followed by live music and a local filmmaker's
networking/social event.

*Saturday, March 3 - Local Filmmaker's Matinee*, doors open at 11:00am and
films will run from 12noon-10:00pm, followed by live music and a
filmmaker's networking/social event. From 12noon-5:30pm, we will show even
more local films and then from 5:30-10:00pm we will show excellent films
from the United States covering genres of drama, comedy, documentary,
animation, horror, LGBTQ, and experimental.

*Sunday, March 4*, doors open at 11:00am and films will run from
12noon-9:30pm. We will feature several *International *films on this day.

All patrons can come-and-go throughout the festival as long as they keep
their wristband on.

Food and drinks will be available to purchase at the concession stand right
outside the entrance to the Alex Theater. A full bar and restaurant is a
few feet away from the entrance to the theater. Patrons can easily bring
any additional food and beverage from the bar and restaurant inside the
theater. Many of the seats are leather recliners with a fold-out table, but
they are first come, first serve unless you purchase a VIP ticket.
