Looking for actors for a corporate internal use only ethics video.
Video will be shot in Akron, during normal business hours and weekday TBD.
Anticipating 2 hours of work, offering rate of $250 per role.
Please submit a video audition. Cell phone video will be great. Send link to auditions, wetransfer.com is a great service for sending files.

Need to cast the following:

John -male associate, in 30's.
Jane - co-worker, female, 30's - 40's.
Cindy - Johns supervisor, female, 30's - 50's

Scene in office setting, John has just returned from a lunch with a Korean supplier.

JANE: How did the supplier meeting go?

JOHN: It was good. Really productive. I think we're going to be able to achieve our pricing and sourcing volume goals for next year. They were all really nice. They gave me this Korean tea box at the end of our lunch. I think that's okay under our policies, right?

JANE: Probably. Food and cultural items valued at under $100 are fine under our policy - but because we are in Purchasing, you need to make sure you log the item into the Gift and Entertainment tracker that I showed you during your onboarding meeting.

JOHN: Ok. I'll definitely do that. But I don't even like tea - do you want this?

JANE: Why don't you set it out for everyone to share? You know, I spent some time in South Korea at my old job, and became somewhat of a tea connoisseur. The tea ceremony is a big deal in Korea. Sometimes there is information about the specific teas in the bottom of the box, including a history of how they were made. Hope there's some Goji in there...that's my favorite.

JOHN: (looking at bottom of box) Huh. What's this? It looks like it's about $1,000 dollars in South Korean Won.

JANE: Whoa. That's not been a part of any tea ceremony I've been to.

JOHN: No kidding. I don't think I should be accepting this.

JANE: Absolutely - not only are cash gifts 100% unacceptable, but this looks like they are seeking to influence the negotiations.

JOHN: Not to mention that this is way over $100. Guess we'd better record this.

If I had known that this was in here, I definitely wouldn't have accepted this! What else should I do?

JANE: Don't worry. This is not your fault. You'll record it and we should discuss it with your manager, Cindy, and Legal.

JANE: Hi Cindy. John has run into an interesting situation.

CINDY: Hi Jane. Hi, John. Nice to see you.

JOHN: Well, I was out to lunch today with Purple Dog Carbon Black's VP of Sales, Min-Jun and their sales director and they gave me this lovely tea box. However, when we got back and I was showing Jane the box and teas, I found an envelope of cash worth $1,000 US dollars in the bottom of the box. I didn't know it was there when I accepted the box. What do we do now?

CINDY: Oh, wow. Let me have a look.

CINDY: Yikes. This is an issue on so many levels, including the gift/entertainment policy and the conflicts of interest policy. First, did you record the gift in the Tracker?

JOHN: Yes.

CINDY: Terrific, you did the right thing by bringing this to my attention. Obviously, you can't keep this gift, but I'll take it from here and go see the lawyers to discuss how we respond to Purple Dog.
