Now Accepting Applications for - Seasonal - Part Time Help

Applicant must be reliable, and be able to work flexible hours.  Our hours
of operation are directly related to the events that are scheduled.  (Part
time seasonal work) Position requires some lifting.  Manual labor, must be
able to perform duties as assigned.  Catering or Wedding experience helpful.
Waitress/kitchen/bussing and office experience helpful.  A training period
of 60 days to start. Will train the right person.     Must be able to work
weekends.  
Friday - Saturday events are generally from 5 - 12 pm.  The position is a
part-time seasonal position that offers 10-20 hours per week.

Starting rate of pay is $9.00 per hour   (Advancement possibility to $10/12
per hour for the right candidate.)

Catering Hours are on weekends, Friday, Saturday and Sunday  Office hours
are Monday thru Thursday. 

All applicants must be drug and alcohol free and are subject to random
drug/alcohol screening.
Drug and or alcohol use is grounds for immediate dismissal.

Catering Duties
*	Cleaning and setting up for events, cleaning bathrooms, toilets,
sinks etc.
*	Cleaning and setting up the kitchen and hall
*	Dish washing, busing and waitress/hostess duties as assigned 
*	Cutting fruits and vegetables and kitchen prep work, serving food at
events
*	All aspects of food preparation, safe serve knowledge preferred
*	Clean, prepare, service coffee station and hall area  
*	All other duties as assigned 

Office Duties

*	Greeting customers and showing the facility to potential clients 
*	Filing, typing, answering phones, taking messages, setting
appointments 
*	Setting up color appointments for Brides to view linen, napkins,
etc. 
*	All other duties as assigned 
		
Dress Code: 
*	Semi casual for office work.  
*	Must wear uniform, white shirt, black pants for all events, black
tie, and cumber bun for formal events 
*	Hair contained for food preparation - hat or hair tie needed to keep
hair neat and presentable 
*	No body piercing allowed in food service prep area as per health
department regulations. 
*	Example:  Nose rings, tongue piercing, large ear rings, etc.   
*	No jewelry to be worn in kitchen area - No cell phones allowed in
kitchen area 
*	Outside:  Jeans and or work clothing, lots of manual labor - dress
accordingly.  
*	Special projects include painting, and cleaning do not wear new/good
clothing that could be damaged
*	Set up outdoors for events - tables, chairs, etc.
