LCCC Civic Chorale Hosts “Spring Sing”

Lorain County Community College’s Civic Chorale, under the baton of Emeritus Conductor Nancy Davis, will present its Spring Sing ‘18 concert at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 5 in the Stocker Arts Center’s Hoke Theater.

Guests will enjoy Mascagni’s “Anthem for Spring” and Rossini’s “William Tell Overture” from the world of opera; selections from Meredith Willson’s “The Music Man” and Bernstein’s   “Somewhere” from “West Side Story” from the world of Broadway; Henry Mancini’s “The Pink Panther,” Rodgers and Hart’s “Blue Moon,” and Paul Simon’s “Bridge Over Troubled Water” from the world of pop favorites; and much more.  Special music will be performed by renowned pianist, David Blazer.

Stocker Arts Center is located on the campus of Lorain County Community College at 1005 North Abbe Road, Elyria, Ohio. Parking on the campus is free.
