[NEohioPAL] Auditions for "Little Women: The Musical" at WRP!

Auditions for "Little Women: The Musical" will take place Sunday, July 15 from 6 pm to 8:30 pm & on Monday, July 16 from 6-pm -8:30pm. Callbacks will be Tuesday, July 17 from 6-9pm (if needed). Dance auditions will occur from 8:30-9:30PM the day of your audition, so please bring clothes to change into.

The show runs October 5-20, 2018, with the possibility of touring to a few schools.

Please prepare a full contemporary musical theater piece (prefer legit with a mix of belt). PLEASE DO NOT SING FROM THE SHOW. Please have your music in original key and in a 3-ring binder with pages copied back to back. A headshot and resume will be helpful. A professional accompanist will be provided. You will be asked to dance, so please bring comfortable shoes.

Regular rehearsals will begin Sunday, August 19, 2018 and run Sunday-Thursday.


This timeless, captivating story is brought to life in this glorious musical filled with personal discovery, heartache, hope and everlasting love. Based on Louisa May Alcott's life, Little Women follows the adventures of sisters, Jo, Meg, Beth and Amy March. Jo is trying to sell her stories for publication, but the publishers are not interested – her friend, Professor Bhaer, tells her that she has to do better and write more from herself. Begrudgingly taking this advice, Jo weaves the story of herself and her sisters and their experience growing up in Civil War America.
