Auditions open to incoming high school freshmen through college seniors

Dates: Monday, June 11 and Tuesday, June 12

Times: 4:00pm-6:00pm

Location: Orange High School Auditorium - 32000 Chagrin Blvd. Pepper Pike,
OH 44124

Callbacks: (Invite only) Wednesday, June 13 from 4:00pm-8:00pm

Show dates: Friday and Saturday August 10 and 11 at 7:00pm

Rehearsal dates: June 24, July 1, July 8, July 15, July 22, July 28-August
9. Starting July 28, rehearsals will be anywhere from 10am-10pm, so please
block off those entire two weeks in your schedule.

Please sign up for a 5-minute time slot. Come prepared with 32 bars of a
pop/rock musical theatre song. Please bring sheet music in the correct key;
an accompanist will be provided. Please bring a headshot and resume. Please
also be aware of any potential conflicts. Once rehearsals have begun, it
will be very difficult to work around conflicts that are not listed on your
original audition form.

If you accept a role in the show, each cast member is required to pay a fee
to help subsidize the cost of mounting this production. A $50 participation
fee and $25 costume fee are due at the first rehearsal (June 24). Each cast
member must also sell $175 worth of ads. The ad fee can come from a local
business, parents, friends, family, etc.

Please note that Heathers The Musical (High School Edition) contains mature
content. While it has been adapted by the authors to suit the needs of the
high school performer (what was rated R is now PG-13), it is important that
parents and students discuss and approve of the subject matter prior to
auditioning.
