[NEohioPAL] LOCATION NEEDED: Victorian Room with Fireplace (For Historical TV Pilot)

Film crew in search of a location to shoot scenes for a pilot episode of a TV series. The room we're looking for is not large or fancy, but more of a "lived in" feel. Location must also work well for extensive set decoration.
