[NEohioPAL] Jazzy Pop Band Looking for Guitar, Keys, and 2nd Female Vocalist

Experienced female jazz singer and veteran jazz bassist starting a new group. We are looking for experienced and dedicated players to form a jazz/pop quintet/sextet to play out 2-4 times a month. The material will include jazz standards, modern jazz/pop (Steely Dan, Sade, etc), and original material. Players must be capable of learning and performing 3 hours of music with limited mistakes (no memorization necessary at this point.) We use  Fake Book / Real Book charts and YouTube videos to audition and select songs, but the final the intention is to arrange the songs to our own style (rather than adhere to any strict interpretation of the original material. Sorry Miles...) We are currently looking for a guitarist, keyboardist/pianist, and second female vocalist (early 20s to early 30s preferred for the vocalist). Knowledge of jazz chording, as well as soloing, are deciding factors for the instrumentalists. Practices will be in Mentor, Ohio ( 3-4 hours long / Saturday or Sunday based on member's collective personal schedules.) This is a professional, friendly group with the intention to stay together for a good length of time.
