[NEohioPAL] Wednesday and Thursday Poetry in Akron!

Latitudes Poetry will be hosting two back-to-back events this week!

*Wednesday, July 18 at 7pm at Compass Coffee* (647 E. Market St, Akron,
44304).  Latitudes Poetry Night features *Damien McClendon*!  Damien has
recently been named Poet Laureate of Cleveland Heights, and has represented
northeast Ohio at National Poetry Slam for several years. We can't wait to
hear him again, and we promise you're going to get some great poetry!
Don't forget to bring a poem or two for open mic following our feature.


*Thursday, July 19 at 7pm at Bluff Blue Door Gallery* (152 Bluff St, Akron,
44304).  We continue the summer Third Thursday Art Walk Poetry series with *A
Night of Women's Voices.  *We have a lineup of four incredible women who
will be blessing the evening with their words:  *Alexis
Mitchell-Tremain*, *Kisha
Nicole Foster*, *Barbara Sabol*, and *Michelle R. Smith*.
