The Movement Project is now holding weekly classes open to
professional/college/adult movers in our new rehearsal space at Pilgrim
Congregational Church in Tremont! Classes can be purchased as class card

least 10 minutes prior to the class start time. Enter using door located in

beginner, intermediate and advanced movers. You do not need to be a
professional dancer to attend these classes. 18 and older is the only
requirement. PRICING 10-Class Card    $80 ($8/class)5-Class Card      $50

can also be purchased at the door.CLASS DESCRIPTIONSMODERN/CONTEMPORARYThis
class will focus on the core concepts of space, time and energy as well as
the qualitative approach to movement. Each class will integrate a wide
range of modern techniques exploring concepts of weight, quality, effort,
