Meet the Teachers!

Lauren Nichols studied film and tv acting with Lesly Kahn and Tim Phillips
in Hollywood. She also gained improv and comedy writing skills at the
famous Groundlings training program in Los Angeles. Lauren's network tv
credits include a Guest Star role on NBC's *Chicago Justice* a costar on A
BC's *Scandal*, and worked along side Todrick Hall on his series *Popstar
High*, which she also recorded the original cast album for. Popstar High
was successfully piloted and sold to MTV. Her film credits include acting
alongside Nicolas Cage in *Dog Eat Dog, *sharing the screen with Milo
Ventimiglia in *Madtown, *and most recently appeared in *The Assassin's
Code* with Justin Chatwin. Her role in *White Boy Rick *will be seen when
the film hits theaters nationwide this September.  In addition to her film
and television credits, she has appeared in national commercials including
Nestle, Papa John's, Ciroq, and Nokia. Lauren loves to teach auditioning
and acting for the camera as she actively practices it as a working
actress.

Barb Stitzer studied under the great Sanford Meisner and learned the
Meisner technique directly from the source! She spent years teaching in Los
Angeles and now works as a Meisner teacher and professional photographer.
Barb's television credits include 'Days of Our Lives" as well as recurring
characters on 4 pilots including one produced by Aaron Spelling! She has
appeared in many national commercials and has brought that experience to
Olmsted Performing Arts in our brand new Meisner and Commercial Acting
program!
