Artistic Director Janet Dziak has prepared a program that journeys through
the ballet world beginning with an excerpt from the 1840 ballet "Paquita,"
which puts the company's technical merits on display and features tutus
conceived and constructed by designer Elizabeth Ekey.
This nod to classical ballet will be followed by the premiere of a number
of contemporary works by choreographers from within the company, including
Celia Romanoski, Ian Richard Smith, Laura Polgar, and Jessica Smith.
The evening will conclude with what can only be described as a dance party
on stage set to popular music from several decades and features LIVE MUSIC
by the newly-formed NPB Band - it will be impossible for anyone to sit
still in their seat!

and a chance to meet and mingle with the dancers.
