After 2 sold-out performances last December, Co-Producers/Directors
Alexandre Marr and Merissa Coleman return to *BLU Jazz+* downtown Akron
with the next installment of *The Cabaret Project* with performances on
Saturday, December 29th at 7pm and 9:30pm. Singers will be backed with a
full band, set in one of the city's most forward thinking music venues.

**5 *PAID *vocalist roles available, to be determined based on auditions.
All other selected performers will perform on a volunteer basis. Minimal
rehearsal schedule, dependent on the availability of all selected
singers.**

This year's *HUNGERLUST *themed cabaret will feature music from all genres
and eras revolving around the following ideas:

IMPULSES | WILD DESIRE | INSTINCT | NATURAL TENDENCIES

Auditions will be held Saturday, October 13th from 12pm to 8pm in The
Cascade Lofts at 21 W North St. Suite #105, Akron, OH 44304. Sign up for a

Please come to auditions prepared with up to 2 vocal selections and sheet
music in the correct key for each. An accompanist will be provided. If you
cannot find sheet music for your piece, please contact us in advance. For
those of you having difficulty identifying selection(s) that resonate with
the theme, a "Repertoire Ideas" tab is available on the Google Doc above
for inspiration and direction. Please note that auditionees are not limited
to these predetermined selections.

this incredible project.
