and how this impacts the Urban Black community’s attitudes & experiences
with politics and police relations.

All auditioners are asked to come prepared to cold read from the script. We
also ask that you bring a current headshot and resume with you to auditions.



All actors will receive a stipend for your time.



Rehearsals will begin on April 22nd through May 31st, typically 3 days each
week.

*George Tate* – Male, 40’s Black Barbershop owner



*Ace Johnson* – Male, 30’s Black Recently released from 10 years in prison



*Mary Ellen – *Female, 20s, Postal letter carrier



*Vincent X (Ahmad)* – Male, 20s, minister of local mosque



*Officer Conner O’Neil – *White Male 50’s



*Officer Sean Ryan – *White Male 40s e (cousin of Connor O’Neil)



*Officer Jane Morris* – Black female 20s



*Officer John O’Neil – *White Male 30s (Grandson of Connor O’Neil)



*Officer Kevin Molinaro – *White Male late 20s e



*Boys* – 1 teen male. Appears in each scene



*Officer* (no lines) – Connor O’Neil’s partner
