Come to the Bop Stop at 2920 Detroit Ave (just past W28th St) on Saturday
13th April, for a dynamic jazz concert in 2 sets, starting 8pm, featuring
Scottish jazz vocalist Carol Leslie, Rock Wehrmann on keys, (Cleveland Jazz
Orchestra, faculty CSU), Aidan Plank on bass (CJO, Pulse, adjunct faculty
KSU, featured bassist Blu Jazz, Bop Stop), and break-out star on drums, Ms
Sunceray "Sunny" Tabler (graduate of Oberlin Jazz Studies, entrepreneur,
frequent flyer at Blu Jazz and Bop Stop) - truly a fabulous line-up! A
percentage of proceeds from the Bop Stop goes toward music lessons for
children (not-for-profit organization run by the Music Settlement). Free
parking is adjacent to the building and street. Small plates are served,
and there is a full bar. State of the art sound system and lighting, with a
great sunset view of Lake Erie either side of the stage, every seat is a
good seat. Enjoy torch songs, swing, bepop, blues, R & B, listen, dance,
whatever rows your boat. Admission is $15. See you there!
