Playwriting Masterclass (AGES 18+)
Saturday, Apr 13 | 10 am - 12 pm | $40

Instructor: NINA DOMINGUE

In this solo show masterclass, students will explore different solo show styles, processes, and workshop vocal choice, movement and gesture as a means of creating character portraits. Students will learn the skills needed to strengthen the trajectory of development, solidify objectives and intentions, and clarify transitions between scenes and characters. This session is geared towards writers who have already started creating a piece. Playwrights should have one monologue/scene created, preferably more.
NINA DOMINGUE, Actor, Director, Arts Educator, and Playwright most recently launched the tour of her solo show Ya Mama! at the 2018 Hollywood Fringe Festival which also received an encore production at Cleveland Public Theatre in the Fall of 2018
