Teach young pre-ballet students. If you love seeing a child’s eyes light up through dance we want to meet you!


Dance Instructor Role

You are passionate about your studio work with children and their families, student-focused, organized, reliable, an outstanding communicator, and a team player.


You will be a key part of Thrive’s “Leap ’N Learn” pre-ballet Dance program, with warm and flexible dance classes facilitated by our licensed Leap ‘N Learn dance curriculum, and by keeping family communication open.


Important Details

  *   Start Date: Training immediately; Teaching August 2019

  *   Hours Per Week: 4-12 hours per week, with potential to expand.

  *   Location: 23600 Commerce Park, Beachwood, Ohio.

  *   Rate: $25/hour - $40/hour, based on experience and class size.

  *   Training: We will train you in our licensed pre-ballet and ballet curriculum and support you with a welcoming and experienced team.

Thrive Arts Center is growing quickly and we’re looking for long term employees to grow with us. This part-time role can quickly become more hours for the right person. Opportunities for growth are available depending on performance and results.
