TED NEELEY IN PERSON AT THE CEDAR LEE THEATRE FOR SING-A-LONG SCREENING OF JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR


(Cleveland Hts., OH) – On Sunday, December 8th at 7:00pm, the Cedar Lee Theatre (2163 Lee Rd., Cleveland Hts.) will host a special sing-along screening of JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, with special guest Ted Neeley. Neeley stars in the film as Jesus Christ and will be at the Cedar Lee Theatre for this one day only event.

The evening will begin with an introduction by Neeley before the film as he gives the audience behind-the-scenes stories on the making of the film and answers their questions. The feature presentation will be an all-new, digital European restoration making its Cleveland premiere.

Ted Neeley was nominated for two Golden Globes for his starring role in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR. In addition to the 1973 film, he starred in the original Broadway production and has reprised the role in acclaimed revivals all around the world. JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, directed by Norman Jewison, was originally released in 1973 and co-stars Carl Anderson, Yvonne Elliman, Barry Dennen and Bob Bingham.

A VIP reception will be held before the film where fans can meet with Ted for photos and autographs. VIP tickets can be purchased at tedneeley.com while supplies last.
