[NEohioPAL] ABOB sets auditions for "Cuckoo's Nest"

Arlene’s Broadway on Buffalo, 236 Buffalo Street in Conneaut, OH, has announced it will have auditions for “One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest” Sunday and Monday, Jan. 12-13, at the theater. Performance dates are March 13-15, 20-22 and 27-29.

Director Sydne Nielsen has indicated that all roles are available; nothing has been precast. People planning to audition should be prepared to present a memorized monologue and read from the script. The cast calls for 4 women and 13 men of various ages.

“Cuckoo’s Nest” tells the story of Randle McMurphy, a petty criminal who cons his way into a mental facility to avoid jail and then inspires the timid residents to rebel against the evil Nurse Ratched.
