OBLATUS

A new play by Diana Lueptow

Directed by Lenora Inez Brown



Synopsis

In a time in which sin and its punishment are real, a famous woman refuses
to accept political penalty for standing on principle and what she says is
the law of God. Set in 12th century Germany, Oblatus finds the great
abbess, intellectual, and composer Hildegard of Bingen as she defies church
leaders in a battle of wills from which she refuses to retreat.

Logistics

The reading will be on  Saturday, February 15 at 3:00 pm at the Creative
Space at Waterloo Arts, 397 East 156th Street, Cleveland.

This is an unpaid position, but a great chance to be a part of a new play!
