[NEohioPAL] Lake Erie Crushers Seek Female Co-emcee

The Lake Erie Crushers Baseball organization located in Avon, Ohio is
looking for an on field female co-emcee to work in tandem with the current
emcee during the upcoming 2020 baseball season.  This is a paid position.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualities:

                -a strong understanding of baseball.

                -good improv skills.

                -ability to conduct post-game interviews.

-easily interacts with fans of all ages throughout the game and make those
participating in on- field activities comfortable.

-able to speak clearly and pronounce difficult names of players and fans.

-singing ability is very helpful (National Anthem, Happy Birthday, & Take
Me Out to The Ball Game).

-this position will work with the current emcee on some home stands as well
as working alone and needs to be comfortable doing both.

- prior experience as a sports PA announcer, TV, or radio work is a plus.

-must be comfortable speaking in front of large crowds (1000 plus).

Duties include:

-          Be available for assigned home games. The season is from May
through late August with the possibility of play offs in September. Games
are at various  times throughout the season including mornings, early
afternoon, and evening games as well as holidays such as the Fourth of July.

-          Arrive at lease one hour prior to assigned  games to prepare for
the game and events

-          Be a positive and professional representative of the Lake Erie
Crusher organization both on and off the field

 The Lake Erie Crushers are located at 2009 Baseball Blvd. in Avon, Ohio
just off I-90 at Route 611.
