[NEohioPAL] Flip folders

[Cleveland Letter Carrier Band]

I have 70 flip folders that need a new home. These are the kind used for
march size music and fit on a marching band lyre. Somewhere there must be a
band in need of these.

They are even still full of old music that I'm not planning on removing!
