An Act of the Imagination

This masterful suspense tale involves a successful mystery writer whose
latest work has strangely turned into a romance - a vivid and adulterous
romance. His son, his second wife, and his editor marvel at the truthfulness
of the work, remarkable since it is inconceivable that he could ever have
had such an affair. Enter a woman intent on blackmail: it appears that
Arthur has been trysting away from home. Death stalks: the other woman
disappears and evidence incriminates Arthur in her murder. There is a
conspiracy to do Arthur in, a conspiracy that entails cunning, deceit, and
ingenious plotting.

Performances on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8pm, Sunday at 2pm

Show tickets are $18 for adults, $17 for seniors (60+), and $10 for students
(any age with a valid ID). Tickets can be purchased by visiting or calling
the Box Office at 440-331-0403 Wednesday through Saturday from 1-6 P.M. or
online at Clague Playhouse Tickets

In order to make the art of theater more accessible to those in our
community, Clague Playhouse is excited to continue to offer FREE Student
Ticket Nights! Designated only for Thursday evening performances, students
of any age are invited to show their student IDs (or other form of school
identification) and attend any Thursday Clague Playhouse showing AT NO
CHARGE.  Thursday Student tickets are limited and can vary depending on
availability per week. Please call the Box Office at 440-331-0403 during
regular hours to reserve for any Clague Playhouse Thursday performance, and
show a Student ID at the time of ticket pickup. Box Office hours are
Wednesday - Saturday from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and one hour before curtain
time on performance dates. No online reservations can be taken for this
ticket type. Free Thursday Student Tickets are subject to availability and
MUST be picked up by 7:30pm or they will be released.
