Young Actors Intensive Workshops!
(Grades 9-12 & high school grads)

Register your student for all four Young Actors Intensive sessions and save 10%! Note: Each student must sign up for all four sessions to receive discount.

  * All Actors Intensive camps are from 1:00 pm-5:00 pm on Tuesday & Thursday
  * Scene Study (June 23 & 25) students will improve on acting skills by working on scenes from plays to learn how to use the script as a road map to discover characters and their actions.
  * Monologue Audition Prep (June 30 & July 2) teaches actors how to find and choose audition monologues, acting techniques for staging, interpreting and performing a monologue in an audition, and basic audition etiquette. Each student will leave the workshop with two contrasting monologues.
  * Short Form Improv (July 7 & 9) students will have a blast playing improv games and learning improvisation skills and techniques. This intensive is for both newbies to theatre improv and actors with improv experience who are looking to hone their skills.
  * The Actors Craft (July 14 & 16) builds a strong foundation of craft and technique in order to be emotionally free on stage. This workshop teaches basic, concrete tricks of the trade to help both novice and experienced performers expand their skills.

Theatre Arts Camps (TAC)!

  * Theatre Arts Camp Jr. (Grades K-3 Half Day) from 9:00 am-12:00 pm on Tuesdays & Thursdays for 6 weeks
Students will learn how to create, write, costume, and perform their own stories. Students will explore their wide range of emotions to create and share a fictionalized story based on the emotions that they contend with every day. They will create artwork that they can wear and display. Campers will be divided by age, into three groups. Each day, they will have a rotation of classes in Visual Arts, Writing/Crafting, and Rehearsal. All classes will be held on the Zoom Platform. All class sessions will be recorded and will be sent out as the camp deems necessary. The Final Performance will be a scheduled Zoom session. We are able to accommodate 100 participants, including staff and campers, for this performance. The Performance will also be recorded so that you can share with family and friends.
